目的：探讨 Trivex 微创旋切术、腔内激光术和传统结扎剥脱术治疗下肢静脉曲张的临床治疗效果。方法选择新疆巴州人民医院2010年4月－2013年4月收治的下肢静脉曲张患者308例，根据治疗方法将患者分为传统结扎剥脱组（102例）、腔内激光组（98例）、Trivex 微创旋切术组（108例），对3组病例的手术时间、术中出血量、术后住院时间、手术并发症等进行比较分析，并对不同治疗方法降低术后并发症的发生可能因素进行单因素对照分析。结果Trivex 微创旋切术组手术时间为（47±10．5）min，术中出血量为（48±12）mL、术后住院时间为（4．5±0．8）d，与腔内激光组、传统结扎剥脱组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）；Trivex 微创旋切术组皮下结节、浅静脉炎、残留静脉曲张并发症发生率低于腔内激光组，腔内激光组皮下硬结、感染和皮肤坏死并发症发生率低于传统结扎剥脱组，差异均有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论Trivex 旋切术治疗下肢静脉曲张优于其他2种治疗方法，具有安全可靠、手术时间短、创伤小、曲张静脉切除彻底、短期复发少、术后并发症少等优点。
목적：탐토 Trivex 미창선절술、강내격광술화전통결찰박탈술치료하지정맥곡장적림상치료효과。방법선택신강파주인민의원2010년4월－2013년4월수치적하지정맥곡장환자308례，근거치료방법장환자분위전통결찰박탈조（102례）、강내격광조（98례）、Trivex 미창선절술조（108례），대3조병례적수술시간、술중출혈량、술후주원시간、수술병발증등진행비교분석，병대불동치료방법강저술후병발증적발생가능인소진행단인소대조분석。결과Trivex 미창선절술조수술시간위（47±10．5）min，술중출혈량위（48±12）mL、술후주원시간위（4．5±0．8）d，여강내격광조、전통결찰박탈조비교차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）；Trivex 미창선절술조피하결절、천정맥염、잔류정맥곡장병발증발생솔저우강내격광조，강내격광조피하경결、감염화피부배사병발증발생솔저우전통결찰박탈조，차이균유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론Trivex 선절술치료하지정맥곡장우우기타2충치료방법，구유안전가고、수술시간단、창상소、곡장정맥절제철저、단기복발소、술후병발증소등우점。
Objective To study clinical therapeutic effects of minimally invasive rotary varicotomy and two other surgical methods in the treatment of varicose veins of lower limb.Methods A total of 308 cases of varicose veins were treated from April 2010 to April 2013 with different surgical procedures,including 102 cases of traditional ligation,98 cases of endovenous laser therapy,and 108 cases of minimally invasive ro-tary varicotomy .Then the related clinical data,including operation time,bleeding volume,hospitalization time,post- operative complications were analyzed.Results The operation time was (47 ± 10.5)min, bleeding volume was (48±12)mL,and post-operative hospitalization time was (4.5±0.8)dfrom in min-imally invasive rotary varicotomy group,which showed better effect than other surgical methods (P <0.05).The occurring rate of complications such as subcutaneous nodules,superficial phlebitis and varicose veins residues after was lower in minimally invasive rotary varicotomy group than that in other two groups (P <0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive rotary varicotomy is superior to other surgical methods in that it has advantages,such as simple procedure,minimal invasion,fewer post-operative complications and low recurrence rate.
