在消费主义盛行的当下，医疗服务也具有了消费品的一般特点，有学者揭示了医疗服务中的“诱导需求”现象，但这种实证分析不能从根本上把握问题的本质。马尔库塞的“虚假需求”理论有助于揭示医疗服务中的“虚假需求”现象，其根本原因是医学技术的工具理性与资本合谋的结果，是由外在社会制造并强加给人们的非真实需求。为了规避“虚假需求”，应采取如下措施：建构科学合理的监管机制、做好对医生的监督和激励工作、规约大众传媒、警醒被蒙蔽的患者。

In the age of consumerism , medical service also has the universal characteristics of consumer goods . Some scholars reveal the phenomenon of induced demand ,but the analysis from an evident cannot grasp the deep essence of this problem .Marcuse’s“false needs” theory is conductive to reveal the phenomenon of “false needs” .The basic reason is the collusion between technology instrumental reason and the capital ,which are manufactured by society and imposed on people .In order to deal with this problem ,we should construct scientific and rational supervision mechanism ,improve the supervision and encouragement to doctors ,govern the mass media ,and remind the deluded patients .
