中西医结合医学的优势是公认的，但中西医结合教育却存在不容忽视的缺点，仍然是中医的只讲中医、西医的只讲西医，中医和西医只是形式上的结合，而不是互相渗透和交融，培养的医学生仍无法满足社会需求。从人才培养模式出发，探析中西医结合本科教育和研究生教育，提出改革课程设置，编著中西医结合的教材，变革学制，提高教师的中西医结合水平，重视临床实习，加强临床实习阶段的考核等途径，以提高人才培养质量，推动中西医结合教育的发展。

중서의결합의학적우세시공인적，단중서의결합교육각존재불용홀시적결점，잉연시중의적지강중의、서의적지강서의，중의화서의지시형식상적결합，이불시호상삼투화교융，배양적의학생잉무법만족사회수구。종인재배양모식출발，탐석중서의결합본과교육화연구생교육，제출개혁과정설치，편저중서의결합적교재，변혁학제，제고교사적중서의결합수평，중시림상실습，가강림상실습계단적고핵등도경，이제고인재배양질량，추동중서의결합교육적발전。
The advantages of integrated traditional and western medicine are well acknowledged , but it still has some unneglectable defects .Instead of penetrated ,Traditional Chinese Medicine and western medicine are just integrated in form .Therefore ,the graduates of integrated traditional and western medicine could not meet the social demand very well . Focus on personnel training mode ,we analyzed the personnel training mode of undergraduate education and graduate education of integrated traditional and western medicine .This article proposed some suggestions ,such as reform the curriculum ,write teaching material ,change educational system ,improve teachers’ knowledge ,attache great importance to clinical practice and strengthen the assessment of clinical practice .According to these ,it is achievable to improve the quality of personnel training and promote the development of integrated traditional and western medicine education .
