目的:探讨头孢唑啉与头孢呋辛在预防剖宫产术切口感染中的应用效果。方法:选择2011年3月~2013年5月我院产科择期进行剖宫产的160例孕妇为研究对象,随机分为A组和B组各80例。A组孕妇在剖宫产手术前30min开始静脉滴注2g头孢唑啉、术后5d内间隔12h静脉滴注2g头孢唑啉。B组孕妇在剖宫产手术前30min开始静脉滴注2g头孢呋辛、术后5d内间隔12h静脉滴注2g头孢呋辛。观察两组疗效。结果:A、B两组患者术后3d血常规检测中WBC、N%、Hb三项指标及用药时间、切口感染率、住院时间均相近,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在预防剖宫产术切口感染中头孢唑啉与头孢呋辛的疗效相当。

목적:탐토두포서람여두포부신재예방부궁산술절구감염중적응용효과。방법:선택2011년3월~2013년5월아원산과택기진행부궁산적160례잉부위연구대상,수궤분위A조화B조각80례。A조잉부재부궁산수술전30min개시정맥적주2g두포서람、술후5d내간격12h정맥적주2g두포서람。B조잉부재부궁산수술전30min개시정맥적주2g두포부신、술후5d내간격12h정맥적주2g두포부신。관찰량조료효。결과:A、B량조환자술후3d혈상규검측중WBC、N%、Hb삼항지표급용약시간、절구감염솔、주원시간균상근,차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。결론:재예방부궁산술절구감염중두포서람여두포부신적료효상당。
Objective:To explore the cefazolin and cefuroxime application effect in the prevention of cesarean section incision infection. Methods:Select 160 cases of pregnant women of elective cesarean section during March 2011~May 2013 as the research object, all the 80 cases were randomly divided into group A and group B, group A women began to 2g intravenous drip cefazolin 30min before pregnant during cesarean delivery operation, within 5 days after intervals of 12h 2g intravenous drip cefazolin. B group of pregnant women before cesarean section surgery 30min 2g intravenous drip cefuroxime, within 5 days after each interval of 12h 2g intravenous drip cefuroxime. Observe two groups of curative effect. Results:A、B two groups of patients with postoperative routine blood test in the WBC, N % ,Hb three indicators and medication time after 3 days,incision infection rate, length of hospital stay were similar. They have no statistically significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusions:In the prevention of cesarean section incision infection, cefazolin and cefuroxime in the treatment.
