目的：观察分析活血化浊汤联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗塞患者的临床疗效。方法：选取我院2012年1月～2013年1月收治的脑梗塞患者88例，将其随机分为对照组和实验组。对照组采用依达拉奉治疗，实验组在对照组基础上加用活血化浊汤治疗。观察对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果：实验组治疗总有效率为86.36%，对照组总有效率为75%，实验组的临床疗效明显优于对照组（P<0.05），差异具有统计学意义。而且，根据美国国立卫生院卒中量表分（the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale，NIHSS）进行评分，两组患者治疗前评分无显著差异（P>0.05），治疗后，实验组NIHSS评分显著低于对照组（P<0.05），差异具有统计学意义。且治疗3个月后，实验组的日常生活能力（Activity of Daily Living，ADL）评分优于对照组（P<0.05），差异具有统计学意义。结论：活血化浊汤联合依达拉奉治疗脑梗塞效果优于单纯使用依达拉奉治疗，值得临床推广。

목적：관찰분석활혈화탁탕연합의체랍봉치료뇌경새환자적림상료효。방법：선취아원2012년1월～2013년1월수치적뇌경새환자88례，장기수궤분위대조조화실험조。대조조채용의체랍봉치료，실험조재대조조기출상가용활혈화탁탕치료。관찰대비량조환자적림상료효。결과：실험조치료총유효솔위86.36%，대조조총유효솔위75%，실험조적림상료효명현우우대조조（P<0.05），차이구유통계학의의。이차，근거미국국립위생원졸중량표분（the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale，NIHSS）진행평분，량조환자치료전평분무현저차이（P>0.05），치료후，실험조NIHSS평분현저저우대조조（P<0.05），차이구유통계학의의。차치료3개월후，실험조적일상생활능력（Activity of Daily Living，ADL）평분우우대조조（P<0.05），차이구유통계학의의。결론：활혈화탁탕연합의체랍봉치료뇌경새효과우우단순사용의체랍봉치료，치득림상추엄。
Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect analysis of Huoxue Huazhuo decoction combined with edaravone in treatment of patients with cerebral infarction. Methods: 88 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital from 2012 January to 2013 selected January were patients, they were randomly divided into control group and experimental group. The control group used edaravone treatment, the experimental group in the control group based on the use of Huoxue Huazhuo Decoction in the treatment of. Clinical observation of two patients. Results:in the experimental group the total effective rate was 86.36%, control group, the total effective rate was 75%,clinical curative effect is obviously superior to the control group, the experimental group(P<0.05), with significant difference. Moreover, according to the National Institutes of Health Stroke USA scale score (National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale, NIHSS) were scored, two groups of patients before treatment score no significant differences (P>0.05), experimental group after treatment, NIHSS score was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05), with significant difference. And 3 months after treatment, the experimental group and the ability of daily life(Activity of Daily Living, ADL) scores than the control group(P<0.05), with significant difference. Conclusion: Huoxue Huazhuo decoction combined with edaravone in treatment of cerebral infarction is better than that of simple use of edaravone treatment, worth clinical widely used.
