目的：探讨中药注射剂在缺血性卒中的合理应用。方法：对346例缺血性卒中患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，内容涉及中药注射剂名称及使用情况，记录其治疗过程中中药注射剂合理使用率，给予统计学分析后得出结论。结果：346例缺血性卒中患者共涉及中药注射剂处方419张，其中，以活血化瘀类中药注射剂使用频率最高（85.44%）（P<0.05）；419张涉及中药注射剂处方中不合理用药所占比例仅为7.16%，与合理用药所占比例（92.84%）对比结果具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论：临床医生应准确掌握缺血性卒中治疗过程中中药注射剂的正确使用方法，根据患者实际情况准确判断是否给予相应的中药注射剂治疗，有利于获得更为理想的治疗效果，保障其预后及生活质量。
목적：탐토중약주사제재결혈성졸중적합리응용。방법：대346례결혈성졸중환자적림상자료진행회고성분석，내용섭급중약주사제명칭급사용정황，기록기치료과정중중약주사제합리사용솔，급여통계학분석후득출결론。결과：346례결혈성졸중환자공섭급중약주사제처방419장，기중，이활혈화어류중약주사제사용빈솔최고（85.44%）（P<0.05）；419장섭급중약주사제처방중불합리용약소점비례부위7.16%，여합리용약소점비례（92.84%）대비결과구유통계학의의（P<0.05）。결론：림상의생응준학장악결혈성졸중치료과정중중약주사제적정학사용방법，근거환자실제정황준학판단시부급여상응적중약주사제치료，유리우획득경위이상적치료효과，보장기예후급생활질량。
Objective:To investigate the rational application of traditional Chinese medicine injections in the ischemic stroke. Methods:The clinical data of 346 cases of ischemic stroke patients were retrospectively analyzed,covering traditional Chinese medicine injections name and usage, recording their course of treatment and reasonable utilization of TCM injections, given statistical analysis concluded. Results:346 cases of ischemic stroke involving a total of 419 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine injections, in which blood circulation category of traditional Chinese medicine injections using the highest frequency (85.44%)(P<0.05);419 TCM injections involving prescription medication unreasonable proportion was only 7.16%, compared to the results statistically significant (P<0.05)and the proportion of rational drug use (92.84%). Conclusion:Clinicians should accurately grasp the treatment of ischemic stroke during the proper use of traditional Chinese medicine injections and accurately determine whether or not to give the appropriate treatment based on traditional Chinese medicine injections in patients with the actual situation, the treatment effect in favor of making it more desirable to obtain, protect their prognosis and quality of life.
