    Based on the practice in the cross-discipline establishment and graduate education of Sun Yat- sen University,the procedure of cross- disciplinary graduate education was discussed,including training scheme,course project,advisor arrange-ment,thesis-theme confirmation,degree evaluation and their management mechanisms.
