结合汽车检测与维修专业学生实践能力实训的关键行动，构建了柳州职业技术学院“汽车检测与维修专业学生实践能力”绩效评价的指标体系。根据专家投票或打分统计结果来确定底层指标的隶属度，评价出学生实践能力的等级。隶属度转化算法应用于学生汽车实践绩效评价之中，得到了稳定而可靠的评价结果。该成果对指导学生实践有一定的参考价值和指导意义。

The key action of the practical ability of vehicle detection and maintenance specialized student,based its result,the in-dexes system of the practical ability of vehicle detection and maintenance specialized student in Liuzhou Vocational & Technical College was designed.According to expert vote or mark,we can not only determine the bottom subordinate degree but also e-valuates the level of student practical ability.The application of the conversion of subordinate degree’s method in appraising of the student practical ability of vehicle,it can obtain the stability and reliability of conlusions.The results make instructive sense of guiding practice.
