Morus mongolica%actin gene%cloning%sequence analysis
为蒙桑基因表达与调控模式的研究以及蒙桑资源的利用提供参考，进行了蒙桑肌动蛋白（ac-tin）基因的克隆与序列测定。结果表明：蒙桑 actin 基因 mRNA 序列大小为1699 bp，其 中 基因 编 码 区1134 bp（GenBank 登录号：KF031062），编码的377个氨基酸残基与其他植物的一致性在98％以上。该基因和川桑基因组中其他4个 actin 基因外显子数量和长度相同，但内含子差异极大，其 CDS 与桑树 Mo-rus010751（EXC30503）的一致性达到98％，氨基酸一致性为100％。聚类分析将其归为 Class II 类，与来自桑属和毛果杨的 actin 基因最先聚合在同一分支。

위몽상기인표체여조공모식적연구이급몽상자원적이용제공삼고，진행료몽상기동단백（ac-tin）기인적극륭여서렬측정。결과표명：몽상 actin 기인 mRNA 서렬대소위1699 bp，기 중 기인 편 마 구1134 bp（GenBank 등록호：KF031062），편마적377개안기산잔기여기타식물적일치성재98％이상。해기인화천상기인조중기타4개 actin 기인외현자수량화장도상동，단내함자차이겁대，기 CDS 여상수 Mo-rus010751（EXC30503）적일치성체도98％，안기산일치성위100％。취류분석장기귀위 Class II 류，여래자상속화모과양적 actin 기인최선취합재동일분지。
To provide a reference for gene expression and regulation mode in M.mongolica and M.mongolica resources utilization,the cloning and sequence analysis of M.mongolica actin gene was conducted.Results:Length of actin mRNA and CDS are respectively 1 699 bp and 1 134 bp (GenBank accession number:KF031062).Homology analysis of the deduced 377 amino acid residues shows above 98% identity with that of other plants.There are the same exon number and length among this gene and the other three actin genes from mulberry genome,but varies obviously in introns.There are 98% identity between this gene and the Morus010751 (EXC30503)of mulberry in CDS,100% identity in amino acid. Clustering analysis showed that this gene is in Class II group,and the actin genes from mulberry and P .trichocarpa are in the same branch first.
