为进一步完善苗药黑骨藤的质量标准评价体系，按照《中国药典》方法对10个不同产地黑骨藤药材中水浸出物、醇浸出物和水分含量进行测定，采用 HPLC 法测定药材中杠柳毒苷的含量，并采用薄层色谱（TLC）法对其进行定性鉴别。结果表明：该药材的薄层鉴别方法具有专属性，10批样品水溶性浸出物平均为8．97％，醇溶性浸出物含量平均为10．05％，水分含量平均为8．60％，杠柳毒苷含量平均为0．33 mg／g。建立的方法准确、灵敏、简便，可用于苗药黑骨藤中杠柳毒苷的定性鉴别与含量测定。

To further perfect the quality standard of miao medicine P .forrestii,water soluble extraction,ethanol soluble extraction and moisture of medicinal material from 10 producing areas were determined according to Chinese Pharmacopeia .P .forrestii was qualitatively determined by TLC using periplocin as control,the content of periplocin was determined by HPLC.Results:TLC identification were specified, the average contents of water soluble extraction, ethanol soluble extraction, water content,periplocin were 8.97%,10.05%,8.60%,0.33mg/g,respectively.The estab lished method, which is precise,sensitive and simgle,is suitable for qualitative identification and content determination of periplocin in Miao medicine P .forrestii.
