制度变迁视角下，高职院校也需要根据当前时代背景和企业的发展需求，培养行业特色型的高职人才，使更多的学生能够满足当前社会和企业对人才的需求，为高职学生未来的工作和发展奠定良好的基础。主要对制度变迁视角下的行业特色型高职人才培养模式进行分析和研究，以期能够通过有效的教学指导，不断提升高职学生的实践能力和学习能力，并培养学生形成一定的创新意识和综合职业素养。
製度變遷視角下，高職院校也需要根據噹前時代揹景和企業的髮展需求，培養行業特色型的高職人纔，使更多的學生能夠滿足噹前社會和企業對人纔的需求，為高職學生未來的工作和髮展奠定良好的基礎。主要對製度變遷視角下的行業特色型高職人纔培養模式進行分析和研究，以期能夠通過有效的教學指導，不斷提升高職學生的實踐能力和學習能力，併培養學生形成一定的創新意識和綜閤職業素養。

Under the perspective of institutional change,according to the background of the current time and the development of enterprise needs,higher vocational colleges also need develop higher vocational talents with industry characteristic,enable more students to meet the needs of current society and enterprise for the talents,and lay a good foundation to the future work and development for higher vocational students.This article mainly analysis and researches the training modes of higher vocational talents with industry characteristic under the perspective of institutional change,in order that through some effective teaching, improve higher vocational studentsˊpractical ability and learning ability,and cultivate students to form certain innovation con-sciousness and comprehensive professional quality.
