采用菌丝生长速率法和孢子萌发法,对选用无水乙醇、冰乙酸和蒸馏水混合溶剂浸提所得的箬竹叶粗提物以及依次采用石油醚、乙酸乙酯和正丁醇进行液-液萃取所得的萃取物进行了抑菌活性测试。结果表明:箬竹叶粗提物对烟草链格孢菌和烟草疫霉菌菌丝生长均具有抑制活性,其对两种真菌抑制的 EC50值分别为3·98 mg·mL-1和0·88 mg·mL-1、EC90值分别为7·33 mg·mL-1和1·73 mg·mL-1;对烟草链格孢菌孢子萌发抑制的 EC50值和 EC90值分别为4·68 mg·mL-1和9·09 mg·mL-1。2 mg·mL-1的石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取物和萃余水相对烟草链格孢菌菌丝生长 的 抑 制 率 分 别 为31·27%、36·18%、6·06%和-7·05%;对烟草疫霉菌菌丝生长的抑制率分别为56·82%、81·53%、12·32%和-18·10%。乙酸乙酯萃取物对烟草链格孢菌和烟草疫霉菌菌丝生长的抑制活性明显高于箬竹叶粗提物,其对两种真菌抑制的 EC50值分别为2·99 mg·mL-1和0·80 mg·mL-1、EC90值分别为5·41 mg·mL-1和2·83 mg·mL-1。乙酸乙酯萃取物对烟草链格孢菌孢子萌发抑制的 EC50值和 EC90值分别为1·03 mg·mL-1和3·54 mg· mL-1。

After being dipped by ethanol,acetic acid and distilled water and then extracted with petroleum e-ther,ethyl acetate and n-butyl alcohol in sequence,the antifungal ingredients of Indocalamus tessellatus leaves were isolated.The antifungal activity was investigated by means of mycelium growth rate and spore germina-tion.Results indicated that primary components of Indocalamus tessellatus leaves exhibited inhibitory activity to both fungus,the value of EC50 and EC90 of primary components to mycelium growth rate of A.alternate were 3·98 mg·mL-1 and 7·33 mg·mL-1 ;and to mycelium growth rate of P .parasitica were 0·88 mg·mL-1 and 1·73 mg·mL-1 ;and to spore germination of A.alternate were 4·68 mg·mL-1 and 9·09 mg·mL-1 .The in-hibitory rate of extraction phase of petroleum ether,ethyl acetate,n-butyl alcohol and raffinate water phase with the concentration of 2 mg·mL-1 to mycelium growth rate of A.alternate were 31·27%,36·18%,6·06% and-7·05%;and to mycelium growth rate of P .parasitica were 56·82%,81·53%,12·32% and -18·10%.The inhibitory activity of ethyl acetate extraction phase against pathogenic fungi of tobacco was obviously higher than primary components of Indocalamus tessellatus leaves.The value of EC50 and EC90 of ethyl acetate extrac-tion phase to mycelium growth rate of A.alternate were 2·99 mg·mL-1 and 5·41 mg·mL-1 ;and to mycelium growth rate of P .parasitica were 0·80 mg·mL-1 and 2·83 mg·mL-1 ;and to spore germination of A.alter-nate were 1·03 mg·mL-1 and 3·54 mg·mL-1 .
