以油酸、二乙烯三胺、氯化苄为原料合成了油酸咪唑啉季铵盐,采用电化学极化法测试了其对 N80钢片在1 mol·L-1盐酸溶液中的缓蚀性能;然后分别将 KI、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)、丙炔醇(PA)与油酸咪唑啉季铵盐进行复配,并测试了3种复配试剂对油酸咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀率的影响。结果表明:当油酸咪唑啉季铵盐浓度达到50 mg· L-1时,N80钢片的腐蚀速率最小,缓蚀率高达92%;随着油酸咪唑啉季铵盐浓度的增大,缓蚀率趋于稳定;3种复配试剂对油酸咪唑啉季铵盐的缓蚀率都有明显改善,KI 和 SDBS 的复配均能使缓蚀率达到95%以上,PA 的复配效果最佳,缓蚀率可达到99%以上。
以油痠、二乙烯三胺、氯化芐為原料閤成瞭油痠咪唑啉季銨鹽,採用電化學極化法測試瞭其對 N80鋼片在1 mol·L-1鹽痠溶液中的緩蝕性能;然後分彆將 KI、十二烷基苯磺痠鈉(SDBS)、丙炔醇(PA)與油痠咪唑啉季銨鹽進行複配,併測試瞭3種複配試劑對油痠咪唑啉季銨鹽緩蝕率的影響。結果錶明:噹油痠咪唑啉季銨鹽濃度達到50 mg· L-1時,N80鋼片的腐蝕速率最小,緩蝕率高達92%;隨著油痠咪唑啉季銨鹽濃度的增大,緩蝕率趨于穩定;3種複配試劑對油痠咪唑啉季銨鹽的緩蝕率都有明顯改善,KI 和 SDBS 的複配均能使緩蝕率達到95%以上,PA 的複配效果最佳,緩蝕率可達到99%以上。

With oleic acid,diethylenetriamine and benzyl chloride as starting materials,oleic acid imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt was synthesized and its corrosion inhibition performance for N80 steel sheet was in-vestigated in 1 mol· L-1 hydrochloric acid solution by electrochemical polarization method.Then KI,sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate(SDBS)and propargyl alcohol(PA)were mixed with oleic acid imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt respectively to confect three kinds of compounded corrosion inhibitors and their corrosion inhi-bition rates were measured.Results showed that,when the concentration of oleic acid imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt was 50 mg·L-1 ,the corrosion speed of N80 steel sheet was the slowest,while corrosion inhibi-tion rate was maximal,being above 92%.Further increasing concentration of oleic acid imidazoline quaternary ammonium salt,the corrosion inhibition rate tended to be stable.Corrosion inhibition rate of oleic acid imidazo-line quaternary ammonium salt was obviously improved by three kinds of compounded agent.The corrosion in-hibition rate of KI and SDBS was above 95%,the synergistic effect of PA was the best with the corrosion inhibi-tion rate of above 99%.
