为研究滁菊挥发油的抗炎作用,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀、大鼠纸片肉芽肿模型观察滁菊挥发油对急、慢性炎症的影响。结果表明,滁菊挥发油对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀、蛋清致大鼠足跖肿胀和大鼠纸片肉芽肿等急、慢性炎症均有明显的抑制作用。
為研究滁菊揮髮油的抗炎作用,採用二甲苯緻小鼠耳廓腫脹、蛋清緻大鼠足蹠腫脹、大鼠紙片肉芽腫模型觀察滁菊揮髮油對急、慢性炎癥的影響。結果錶明,滁菊揮髮油對二甲苯緻小鼠耳廓腫脹、蛋清緻大鼠足蹠腫脹和大鼠紙片肉芽腫等急、慢性炎癥均有明顯的抑製作用。
위연구저국휘발유적항염작용,채용이갑분치소서이곽종창、단청치대서족척종창、대서지편육아종모형관찰저국휘발유대급、만성염증적영향。결과표명,저국휘발유대이갑분치소서이곽종창、단청치대서족척종창화대서지편육아종등급、만성염증균유명현적억제작용。
To study anti-inflammatory effect of Chrysanthemum morifolium volatile oil,the effects of Chrysanthemum morifolium volatile oil on acute and chronic inflammation were investigated by xylene-induced mouse ear edema,egg white-induced rat paw edema and rat paper granuloma models.Results showed that, Chrysanthemum morifolium volatile oil had significant inhibitory effect to xylene-induced mouse ear edema,egg white-induced rat paw edema and rat paper granuloma.
