In the Shuangfengshan Ecological Agriculture Base Reservoir, no actual measured hydrological data is availa-ble.In this case, the designed process of rainstorm and net rainfall are derived from the designed rainfall amount and se-lected rain type.The reasoning formula method is adopted to perform the designed flood calculation and reservoir rou-ting.Then, the flood discharge capacity of the reservoir is checked.Some remedial measures are proposed in case of in-sufficient flood discharge capacity.
