针对传统定子电流分析方法存在断条故障特征频率(1±2ks) f1成分易被基频淹没的缺点,提出一种基于瞬时转速分析的诊断方法。将瞬时转速中易于识别的2sf1频率成分认定为新的故障特征,并利用Maxwell软件按照有限元分析方法进行故障建模和仿真,实验表明:转速不仅能在频域上良好地反映故障情况,转速波动程度和平均转速值还能够有效反映故障的严重程度。
針對傳統定子電流分析方法存在斷條故障特徵頻率(1±2ks) f1成分易被基頻淹沒的缺點,提齣一種基于瞬時轉速分析的診斷方法。將瞬時轉速中易于識彆的2sf1頻率成分認定為新的故障特徵,併利用Maxwell軟件按照有限元分析方法進行故障建模和倣真,實驗錶明:轉速不僅能在頻域上良好地反映故障情況,轉速波動程度和平均轉速值還能夠有效反映故障的嚴重程度。

The traditional current analysis method for stators has shortcomings that broken rotor bar’ s fault character frequency(1 ±2ks) f1 can be easily hidden by the fundamental component, a new diagnosis method based on instantaneous rotate speed analysis was proposed.The component at frequency of 2sf1 in the instant rotate speed can be identified as new fault character for both modeling and simulation in Maxwell based on the finite element analysis method.The results show that the rotor speed can indicate both faults and their severi-ties in its spectrum, including the revolving speed’ s fluctuation and the average value.
