以某厂腈纶生产线为背景,针对生产所需的速度同步控制,设计系统的电气结构和通信网络,并提出一种速度同步控制方案。电气结构采用共直流母线技术和变频器调速技术,可以提高系统各工位运行的稳定性。通信网络基于Profibus-DP设计,完成现场设备的控制、信号的采集与传输。速度同步控制方案中,通过控制变频器的频率比来调整各工位的实际运行频率,完成速度的同步控制。每个工位电机都具有良好的速度追踪特性,以保证在各个工位故障排除后可以快速投入正常工作。最后,通过WinCC监控画面验证了速度同步的有效性。

Based on discussing the speed synchronous control for the acrylic production line, the system’ s e-lectrical structure and communication network were designed and its speed synchronous control scheme was proposed.The electrical structure which adopts technologies of common DC bus and variable speed can im-prove the system stability in operation;and Profibus-DP-based communication network can complete the con-trol over both field devices and both signal acquisition and transmission.In the speed synchronous control scheme, controlling inverter frequency ratio can benefit the adjustment of actual operation frequency for the each station.Each station motor’ s speed tracking can make the motor work as soon as the troubleshooting in each work station to be finished.The WinCC monitoring images demonstrate the effectiveness of the synchro-nous speed.
