针对PTFE工业生产中广泛采用的半连续反应过程,根据聚合反应动力学,运用Dynamic Plus建立了完整的聚合反应动态模型。对反应过程中的重要参数随时间的变化情况进行分析,并且通过改变物料中APS的含量来观察其对整个反应过程的影响,从而找出对模拟结果最优的APS进料量。结果表明:该模型可以准确地记录每个反应阶段的实时动态,并且对于此反应,最优的APS的进料量为5 g。

Considering the semi-batch reaction process widely-used in PTFE production, and basing on poly-merization kinetics and making use of Dynamic Plus, a dynamic model for the polymerization reaction was es-tablished;through analyzing important parameters’ variation with the time in the reaction and changing APS’ content to observe its effect on the whole reaction process, the optimal feed amount of APS was reached to show that this model can accurately record the real-time dynamic response of each stage, and for this reaction, the optimum feed amount of APS is 5g.
