以低温热双循环发电机组检测实验台为研究对象,综合利用计算机技术、传感器技术和测试技术,配以自行开发的数据采集与监控软件,搭建出一套高精度、高自动化的基于RS-485总线的分布式数据采集与控制系统。研究结果表明:实验台能实现对各运行参数实时采集、显示、保存并可控制各个变频水泵的启停与频率,为新一代节能、环保、高效的发电机组提供检测实验平台。
以低溫熱雙循環髮電機組檢測實驗檯為研究對象,綜閤利用計算機技術、傳感器技術和測試技術,配以自行開髮的數據採集與鑑控軟件,搭建齣一套高精度、高自動化的基于RS-485總線的分佈式數據採集與控製繫統。研究結果錶明:實驗檯能實現對各運行參數實時採集、顯示、保存併可控製各箇變頻水泵的啟停與頻率,為新一代節能、環保、高效的髮電機組提供檢測實驗平檯。
이저온열쌍순배발전궤조검측실험태위연구대상,종합이용계산궤기술、전감기기술화측시기술,배이자행개발적수거채집여감공연건,탑건출일투고정도、고자동화적기우RS-485총선적분포식수거채집여공제계통。연구결과표명:실험태능실현대각운행삼수실시채집、현시、보존병가공제각개변빈수빙적계정여빈솔,위신일대절능、배보、고효적발전궤조제공검측실험평태。
Taking the detection platform for the low-temperature double circulation generator as the object of study, and basing on technologies relating to the computer, the sensor and their testing, and the self-developed data acquisition and monitoring software, a RS-485 bus-based distributed system which boasting of high accu-racy and automation for data collection and control was developed.The results show that this platform can im-plement data acquisition, storage and display, including the control over variable frequency water pump’ s start/stop and frequency.It provides a testing platform for the new energy-saving, environment-friendly and high-efficiency generator set.
