测头系统的误差主要包括机械结构部分的误差、传感信号解调系统误差及测量过程中因探测速度等测量参数不同带来的动态误差。机械和传感信号误差由设备的硬件保证,在测量开始前可以通过有效半径校准进行误差补偿。而测量参数不同带来的动态误差则与测量过程的操作方法有关。首先介绍了测头系统误差的产生机理,搭建测头系统误差分析实验平台,通过改变测量参数观察测头系统误差并分析其成因,对比实验结果得到最佳的测量参数,可为在机检测技术研究实验提供参考。

The errors of trigger probe system include mechanical structure error, sensing signal demodulation system error and dynamic errors. The mechanical error and sensing signal error which can be compensated with effective radius are determined by the probe hardware. The dynamic errors caused by different measurement parameters such as probing speed during the measuring process are concerned with the measuring procedure. This article firstly introduces the mechanism of probe system errors, and then an experiment platform is built for error analysis of probe system, finally probe system error and its causes are observed by changing the measurement parameters,by comparing experimental results,the optimum measurement parameters are acquired and provided to be as a reference for the implementation of on-machine measurement technology.
