从原理上阐述了强化研磨加工方法对工件表面质量的影响,介绍了当前强化研磨设备存在的问题如加工精度不高、自动化程度低、加工效率低等。然后针对这些问题设计一套适用于强化研磨加工方法的控制系统。该控制系统主要通过控制影响强化研磨质量的四个工艺参数(移动速度、喷射距离、喷射时间、喷射压力)来实现自动化加工。
從原理上闡述瞭彊化研磨加工方法對工件錶麵質量的影響,介紹瞭噹前彊化研磨設備存在的問題如加工精度不高、自動化程度低、加工效率低等。然後針對這些問題設計一套適用于彊化研磨加工方法的控製繫統。該控製繫統主要通過控製影響彊化研磨質量的四箇工藝參數(移動速度、噴射距離、噴射時間、噴射壓力)來實現自動化加工。

This paper is mainly about the effect of strengthening and polishing process on surface roughness of work piece from mechanism, and discusses the current problems such as low processing accuracy, low automation level and low processing efficiency in strength and polishing equipment. Then,in order to solve these problems,designed a control system that applied to the strengthening and polishing process. The control system realizes the automatic processing mainly by controlling 4 technological parameters that affect the quality of strength and polishing (traveling velocity,jet length,jet time and jet pressure).
