五金刀剪刀刃角度的稳定度(刀口横截面是否线性)在一定程度上决定着五金刀剪的性能。为了获得高精度刀剪刃口厚度微小变化趋势的精确测量系统,结合机电技术、单片机控制技术及测量与数据采集技术等,设计了一套精密测量系统,经过测试验证,该套五金刀剪刃口厚度微小变化趋势精确测量系统材料成本低廉、可行性和可靠性较强、有一定的实际应用价值。

The surface flatness of hardware knife&scissor determines its cutting performance to some extent (that is to say,whether or not the cross section of blade is linear is very important). In order to obtain highly accurate blade detection of knife & scissor for its slope-change trend, many techniques, such as electromechanical integration technology, single-chip computer technique, measurement&control technology and data acquisition technique are all used. An accurate blade measuring system is designed and made. It is proved that this blade measuring system can meet the requirement and has many advantages such as high reliability and feasibility, low cost and certain practical value.
