基于专利审查信息共享的专利审查国际协作制度能加速审查，有效缓解审查积压，在全球得到了广泛的运用。专利审查高速路( PPH)是目前信息共享程度较深且使用较为普遍的协作模式。通过对其发展模式的分析可以得出，审查信息共享为本质特征；协议模式与构建平台的多元性、审查体系成员的广泛性、审查制度与审查体系的虚拟重构、体系的“共时性”与制度的“历时性”显现为专利审查国际协作制度的新特征。对于我国的专利审查体制而言，需要深刻理解和把握当今专利审查国际协作的新变化和新发展，积极融入到全球的专利审查网络之中。

Based on information sharing system, internationally collaborative patent prosecution can speed up the process thus to alleviate the workload, and has been widely used in the world. As the currently commonly used collaboration model, Patent Prosecution Highway ( PPH) provides high degree information sharing. Through the analysis of its development, its basic characteristics are identified as:prose-cution information sharing is its primary nature;and the new characteristics of the international patent prosecution collaboration include the diversified protocol models and construction platforms, extensive members of prosecution system, virtual reconstruction of the prosecution system, and the synchronicity and diachronic structure of the system. As for the development of patent examination system in China, it is important to understand and master the changes and development of international patent prosecution collaboration, and to integrate into the global network of patent examination actively.
