对微博用户间的潜在关系进行挖掘，有利于促使微博用户圈子的形成，使微博用户圈作为现实生活中人与人之间圈的网络映射而存在，有利于更好实现微博用户推荐以及广告的定向推送。以微博用户标签数据为例，基于用户间的标签耦合来挖掘微博用户间的潜在关系，对标签耦合强度从标签余弦距离和标签Jaccard距离两个角度进行规范化处理，并结合样本数据对两种方式的结果进行了对比分析。

Mining microblog users' potential relationship is conducive to prompt microblog users circle's formation, and makes it possible for the microblog users circle to exist as the network mapping of the relationship circle among people in real life, which helps to better a-chieve effective recommendation and advertisements' directional push to microblog users. This article taes microblog users tag data as ex-ample and mines the potential relationship of microblog users based on users' tag correlation;using sample data, it gives standard treatment to tag correlation intensity from two angels of tag cosine distance and tag Jaccard distance, and conducts a comparative study of the results of the two angels analysis.
