随着船用柴油机功率越来越大,气缸工作条件愈发恶劣,为了在此情况下仍保证气缸可靠润滑,提出了一种新型的二冲程柴油机旁通电控气缸润滑系统。通过控制旁通阀的开启关闭改变它的注油率,通过HYDSIM软件对原型机和改进后的主机润滑系统进行仿真计算,证明其真实性和适用性。仿真结果表明,改进后的系统在保证润滑的前提下,注油定时易于改变,注油量明显减少。因此带旁通阀的系统注油定时更加精确,循环注油量更加合理,污油处理量减少。
隨著船用柴油機功率越來越大,氣缸工作條件愈髮噁劣,為瞭在此情況下仍保證氣缸可靠潤滑,提齣瞭一種新型的二遲程柴油機徬通電控氣缸潤滑繫統。通過控製徬通閥的開啟關閉改變它的註油率,通過HYDSIM軟件對原型機和改進後的主機潤滑繫統進行倣真計算,證明其真實性和適用性。倣真結果錶明,改進後的繫統在保證潤滑的前提下,註油定時易于改變,註油量明顯減少。因此帶徬通閥的繫統註油定時更加精確,循環註油量更加閤理,汙油處理量減少。

With the power of marine diesel engine become larger and larger,working condition of cylinder get bad than before. In order to ensure reliable cylinder lubrication in the case, this paper puts forward a new type of electric control cylinder lubrication system by two stroke diesel engines. Its injecting rate can be changed by controlling the by-pass valve. This article does simulation calculation for the prototype and the improved engine lubrication system by use of HYDSIM software,in order to prove its authenticity and applicability. The simulation results show that the improved system on the premise of guarantee the lubrication, injection time is easy to change, fuel consumption decreased significantly. So the injecting time is more accurate which with by-pass valve, and oil consumption is more reasonable in each cycle,and dirty oil processing decrease.
