以铝合金材料代替传统钢材是乘用车底盘结构件轻量化设计的有效方式之一,尤其在高端乘用车上应用更为广泛。介绍了铝合金副车架的设计开发过程。开发实践表明,采用铝合金材料及挤压铸造工艺,通过合理的结构设计及系统的工艺开发,可达到底盘系统对于结构件强度及耐久性的严格要求,提高整车的轻量化水平。

The substitution of traditional steel with aluminum alloy is an effective approach of lightweight design of passenger car chassis structural parts, especially in high-end passenger car. This article introduces the development process of aluminum alloy sub-frame. The development practice shows that, with the application of aluminum alloy and extrusion casting technology, with the aid of rational design of structure and systemic development of technology, the strict requirements on strength and durability of chassis structural component can be satisfied, and the lightweight level of vehicle is improved.
