针对重型商用车钢板弹簧平衡悬架分析困难、开发周期长的问题,利用多体动力学方法建立了钢板弹簧平衡悬架动力学模型;利用优化软件Isight集成Adams软件和Matlab软件,调用word软件直接生成研究报告,从而构建了钢板弹簧平衡悬架分析平台。通过实例分析与试验验证表明,所建立的钢板弹簧平衡悬架模型是正确的,所开发的分析平台高效可靠,可实现对重型商用车钢板弹簧平衡悬架的快速开发和匹配。

To solve the problem of the difficulties in analysis of balanced suspension for a heavy commercial vehicle and long development cycle, a model of leaf spring balanced suspension is built using multi-body system dynamics. An analysis platform is constructed with Software Isight integrated Adams with Matlab, and by calling software Word to generate research report directly. Practice analysis and test verification show that the model of leaf spring balanced suspension is accurate, and the analysis platform is efficient and reliable, which can be used for rapid development and adaptation of leaf spring balanced suspension of heavy commercial vehicles.
