通过对某中型客车空气滤清系统的声场仿真计算和整车进气噪声试验分析,提取其进气噪声声源特性并进行了声学优化。首先采用四负载法提取进气噪声声源特性,建立进气系统声学边界元模型,预测进气系统进气口噪声并与试验测试数据对比,验证提取声源的准确性;然后进行整车进气系统噪声试验,分析进气噪声频谱特性,确定消声频率;最后通过仿真设计了消声元件,并提出优化方案用于实车验证。整车进气噪声试验结果表明,优化后进气系统声学特性得到明显改善。

Air filter system sound field simulation and vehicle intake noise test analysis of a commercial bus are conducted, the source characteristic of intake noise is extracted for acoustic optimization. Firstly four-load method is used to extract the intake noise source characteristic, and an acoustic boundary element model is built for the intake system. Then the values of intake noise calculated are compared with the values measured from test to verify the extract acoustic source. Then vehicle intake noise test is made to analyze spectrum characteristic of intake noise and determine the damping frequency. Finally damping elements are designed with simulation and optimization plan is proposed for vehicle verification. Vehicle intake noise test results show that the optimized intake system is improved significantly in acoustic performance.
