从“教授治校”和“教授治学”，学术之治和大学之治等几个层面深入辨析现代大学制度下“教授治学”的内涵属性，指出在大学章程等外部制度保障下，要依托学科等基层学术组织建设，建立健全的学术权力运行体系，并对推进现代大学制度建设，激发高校办学活力和生产力具有重要意义。
從“教授治校”和“教授治學”，學術之治和大學之治等幾箇層麵深入辨析現代大學製度下“教授治學”的內涵屬性，指齣在大學章程等外部製度保障下，要依託學科等基層學術組織建設，建立健全的學術權力運行體繫，併對推進現代大學製度建設，激髮高校辦學活力和生產力具有重要意義。
종“교수치교”화“교수치학”，학술지치화대학지치등궤개층면심입변석현대대학제도하“교수치학”적내함속성，지출재대학장정등외부제도보장하，요의탁학과등기층학술조직건설，건립건전적학술권력운행체계，병대추진현대대학제도건설，격발고교판학활력화생산력구유중요의의。
The article aims to examine the attributions of professors’ governance under the modern university system from the aspects of“professors’ government”and“professors’ governance”,“university management”and“academic governance”. It assumes that a perfect institution for academic authority operation, based on university statutes and grassroots academic disciplinary organizations, provides an important path to materialize the professors’ governance, which is of great significance to promote the establishment of modern university system and stimulate the vitality and productivity of universities.
