针对小浪底水电站采取预防维修模式导致过维修和欠维修的现状以及水电厂机组串联运行的特性,引入视情维修和预测维修模式,设计了一套多设备串联系统下的混合维修决策模型。该模型首先根据最小维修花费准则计算设备层最佳维修时间,然后使用时间窗和状态窗进行设备维修时间整合;同时增加了反馈环节,可根据维修效果实现模型的优化。仿真结果显示,混合维修模型的效果优于单一的维修模式,能很好地降低维修成本,提高维修质量,增加电厂设备的使用时间。

A mixed model for maintenance decision to deal with a multi-unit series system in Xiaolangdi Hydropower Station is designed, in which, both condition-based maintenance and predictive maintenance are adopted to solve the problems of less or over maintenance due to traditional preventive maintenance for series-operation hydro-unit in Station. The model firstly assigns a value determined by lowest facility maintenance cost to each facility, and then the maintenance lifetime of whole system is decided according to both the time-window and the state-window covered by above values. There is feedbacks in model to improve the model according actual maintain practices. The simulation results show that the mixed model for maintenance decision has advantages of lower cost, higher quality and longer lifetime than single decision model.
