以渔子溪电站水轮机组为例,应用ARMD软件,通过改变镜板的转速、所受的轴向推力大小,得到推力轴承的油膜压力、油膜剪应力、油膜刚度和阻尼等的变化规律。结果表明推力轴承的油膜压力、油膜剪应力、油膜刚度和阻尼均随着轴向推力的增大而增大;随着镜板转速的增大而增大,在飞逸转速附近均急剧增大。
以漁子溪電站水輪機組為例,應用ARMD軟件,通過改變鏡闆的轉速、所受的軸嚮推力大小,得到推力軸承的油膜壓力、油膜剪應力、油膜剛度和阻尼等的變化規律。結果錶明推力軸承的油膜壓力、油膜剪應力、油膜剛度和阻尼均隨著軸嚮推力的增大而增大;隨著鏡闆轉速的增大而增大,在飛逸轉速附近均急劇增大。
이어자계전참수륜궤조위례,응용ARMD연건,통과개변경판적전속、소수적축향추력대소,득도추력축승적유막압력、유막전응력、유막강도화조니등적변화규률。결과표명추력축승적유막압력、유막전응력、유막강도화조니균수착축향추력적증대이증대;수착경판전속적증대이증대,재비일전속부근균급극증대。
Taking the generating units in Yuzixi Hydropower Station as study case, the oil film property of thrust bearing is studied by using ARMD software. The change laws of pressure, moment, stiffness and damping of oil film under different rotation speeds and axial thrusts are calculated. The results show that the pressure, moment, stiffness and damping of oil film will increase with the increase of rotation speed and also increase with the increase of axial thrust, but will rapidly increase at the vicinity of runaway speed.
