The evaluation index system for analyzing concrete mixing system layout is established, then the fuzzy decision theory is used to calculate the weight, membership degree and optimal membership degree of evaluation index, and the optical layout scheme of concrete mixing system is finally proposed. This method provides a tool to select the scheme of spatial distribution of sand and gravel aggregate field, aggregate processing factory location arrangement, number and location selection of facility and transportation route, which will determine the optimal scheme.
