目的:分离与鉴定进境加拿大大麦中真菌病害。方法从进境加拿大大麦的可疑种子及病残体中分离获得真菌菌株,并对所分离的菌株进行培养性状及形态学观察,同时对核糖体 DNA 内转录间隔区(internal transcribed spacer, ITS)扩增和测序,进行鉴定。结果共分离出21个真菌菌株,鉴定出6个菌种,包括黑麦麦角菌(Claviceps purpurea)、梨孢镰刀菌(Fusarium poae)、燕麦镰刀菌(Fusarium avenaceum)、细极链格孢(Alternaria tenuissima)、大麦网纹病菌(Pyrenophora teres)、颖枯壳针孢(Phaeosphaeria nodorum)。结论做好进境大麦的检疫、监管工作,对保障啤酒工业安全生产、防止外来危险性病原菌在我国定殖、流行以致造成危害具有极其重要的意义。
目的:分離與鑒定進境加拿大大麥中真菌病害。方法從進境加拿大大麥的可疑種子及病殘體中分離穫得真菌菌株,併對所分離的菌株進行培養性狀及形態學觀察,同時對覈糖體 DNA 內轉錄間隔區(internal transcribed spacer, ITS)擴增和測序,進行鑒定。結果共分離齣21箇真菌菌株,鑒定齣6箇菌種,包括黑麥麥角菌(Claviceps purpurea)、梨孢鐮刀菌(Fusarium poae)、燕麥鐮刀菌(Fusarium avenaceum)、細極鏈格孢(Alternaria tenuissima)、大麥網紋病菌(Pyrenophora teres)、穎枯殼針孢(Phaeosphaeria nodorum)。結論做好進境大麥的檢疫、鑑管工作,對保障啤酒工業安全生產、防止外來危險性病原菌在我國定殖、流行以緻造成危害具有極其重要的意義。
목적:분리여감정진경가나대대맥중진균병해。방법종진경가나대대맥적가의충자급병잔체중분리획득진균균주,병대소분리적균주진행배양성상급형태학관찰,동시대핵당체 DNA 내전록간격구(internal transcribed spacer, ITS)확증화측서,진행감정。결과공분리출21개진균균주,감정출6개균충,포괄흑맥맥각균(Claviceps purpurea)、리포렴도균(Fusarium poae)、연맥렴도균(Fusarium avenaceum)、세겁련격포(Alternaria tenuissima)、대맥망문병균(Pyrenophora teres)、영고각침포(Phaeosphaeria nodorum)。결론주호진경대맥적검역、감관공작,대보장비주공업안전생산、방지외래위험성병원균재아국정식、류행이치조성위해구유겁기중요적의의。
ABSTRACT:Objective To isolate and identify the fungal disease from barley imported from Canada. MethodsFungal isolates were collected from invaded seeds and stems of barley imported from Canada. Species of fungal were identified based on morphological characteristics, culture patterns and molecular methods.Results Twenty-one fungal isolates were collected, and 6 species of fungal were identified, includingClaviceps purpurea,Fusarium poae, Fusarium avenaceum, Alternaria tenuissima,Pyrenophora teres andPhaeosphaeria nodorum.ConclusionIt is very important to carry out the inspection and administration of imported barley, for guaranteeing the safety production in beer industry, and preventing imported dangerous pathogens.
