目的研究酸枣仁的脂溶性化学成分。方法采用索氏提取法提取酸枣仁中的酸枣仁油,测定不皂化物用GB/T 5535.1-2008方法处理,测定脂肪酸用甲酯化方法处理,最后用气相色谱-质谱联用仪测定不皂化物和脂肪酸。结果检出9种不皂化物和6种脂肪酸,其中不皂化物分别为叶绿醇、亚油酸乙酯、油酸乙酯、香叶基醇、角鲨烯、菜油甾醇、豆甾醇、γ-谷甾醇、桦木酸甲酯,其相对含量最多的是γ-谷甾醇和叶绿醇;脂肪酸分别为棕榈酸、松油苯二甲酸、硬脂酸、油酸、十八碳二烯酸、花生油酸,其中油酸和十八碳烯酸的含量最高。结论该方法快速、准确、简便,为进一步研究酸枣仁药用价值提供依据。
目的研究痠棘仁的脂溶性化學成分。方法採用索氏提取法提取痠棘仁中的痠棘仁油,測定不皂化物用GB/T 5535.1-2008方法處理,測定脂肪痠用甲酯化方法處理,最後用氣相色譜-質譜聯用儀測定不皂化物和脂肪痠。結果檢齣9種不皂化物和6種脂肪痠,其中不皂化物分彆為葉綠醇、亞油痠乙酯、油痠乙酯、香葉基醇、角鯊烯、菜油甾醇、豆甾醇、γ-穀甾醇、樺木痠甲酯,其相對含量最多的是γ-穀甾醇和葉綠醇;脂肪痠分彆為棕櫚痠、鬆油苯二甲痠、硬脂痠、油痠、十八碳二烯痠、花生油痠,其中油痠和十八碳烯痠的含量最高。結論該方法快速、準確、簡便,為進一步研究痠棘仁藥用價值提供依據。
목적연구산조인적지용성화학성분。방법채용색씨제취법제취산조인중적산조인유,측정불조화물용GB/T 5535.1-2008방법처리,측정지방산용갑지화방법처리,최후용기상색보-질보련용의측정불조화물화지방산。결과검출9충불조화물화6충지방산,기중불조화물분별위협록순、아유산을지、유산을지、향협기순、각사희、채유치순、두치순、γ-곡치순、화목산갑지,기상대함량최다적시γ-곡치순화협록순;지방산분별위종려산、송유분이갑산、경지산、유산、십팔탄이희산、화생유산,기중유산화십팔탄희산적함량최고。결론해방법쾌속、준학、간편,위진일보연구산조인약용개치제공의거。
ABSTRACT:Objective To Study the fat-soluble chemical composition of Semen Ziziphi Spinose.Methods The oil of Semen Ziziphi Spinose in samples were extracted by Soxhlet extraction method. The GB/T 5535.1-2008 method was applied to detect the unsaponifiable matter and methyl ester method processing was used to determine fatty acid. The contents of fatty acid and unsaponifiable matter were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).Results Totally 9 kinds of unsaponifiable matter and 6 kinds of fatty acid was detected in the samples, including unsaponifiable material such as phytol, linoleic acid ethyl ester, ethyl oleate, geranyl alcohol, squalene, campesterol, stigmasterol, gamma sitosterol, and birch acid methyl ester, with the most two of gamma sitosterol and phytol. Fatty acid included palmitic acid phthalate, pine oil, stearic acid, oleic acid, 18 carbon diene acid, arachidic acid, and oleic acid. And the content of 18 carbon olefine and oleic acid were of the highest.Conclusion The method is rapid, accurate, and convenient, and it provides the basis for further study on medicinal value of Semen Ziziphi Spinose.
