目的:研究超微浒苔的不同添加量对凡纳滨对虾消化酶活力的影响。方法取凡纳滨对虾幼虾450尾,采用简单随机抽样的方法分成18个组放入18个相同规格的养殖水箱中。对照组不添加浒苔,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组浒苔添加量分别为1%、2%、3%、4%、5%,各组饲粮营养水平除代谢能有微小差异外均完全一致。试验期42 d,于42日龄进行凡纳滨对虾胃肠道消化酶活性的测定。结果2%、3%、4%的浒苔添加量可显著提高凡纳滨对虾的胃蛋白酶、胃脂肪酶、胰肠蛋白酶和胰肠脂肪酶的活性。各浒苔添加水平对胃、肠淀粉酶的活性影响均不显著。结论本试验条件下,以凡纳滨对虾饲料中超微浒苔添加量为3%最好。
目的:研究超微滸苔的不同添加量對凡納濱對蝦消化酶活力的影響。方法取凡納濱對蝦幼蝦450尾,採用簡單隨機抽樣的方法分成18箇組放入18箇相同規格的養殖水箱中。對照組不添加滸苔,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ組滸苔添加量分彆為1%、2%、3%、4%、5%,各組飼糧營養水平除代謝能有微小差異外均完全一緻。試驗期42 d,于42日齡進行凡納濱對蝦胃腸道消化酶活性的測定。結果2%、3%、4%的滸苔添加量可顯著提高凡納濱對蝦的胃蛋白酶、胃脂肪酶、胰腸蛋白酶和胰腸脂肪酶的活性。各滸苔添加水平對胃、腸澱粉酶的活性影響均不顯著。結論本試驗條件下,以凡納濱對蝦飼料中超微滸苔添加量為3%最好。

ABSTRACT:Objective To explore the effects of different adding amounts of ultramicroEnteromorpha prolifera on digestive enzyme activity in Litopenaeus vannamei.Methods Totally 450 juvenileLitopenaeus vannamei were randomly divided into 18 groups in 18 breeding tanks of different specifications. The control group was not added withEnteromorpha prolifera, while groupsⅠ ,Ⅰ ,Ⅰ ,Ⅰ ,andⅤ receivedEnteromorpha prolifera with the adding amount of 1%, 2%, 3%, 4%, and 5%, respectively. The dietary nutrient levels were identical between each group except slight differences in metabolic energy. At d 42 of test, the digestive enzyme activity was determined in gastrointestinal tract inLitopenaeus vannamei at the age of 42 days.ResultsAdding amount of 2%, 3%, and 4%Enteromorpha prolifera can significantly improve the activity of gastric pepsin and lipase, pancreatic and intestinal protease and lipase inLitopenaeus vannamei. The effect of supplementation ofEnteromorpha prolifera on activity of gastric and intestinal amylase was not significant.Conclusion Under the condition of this experiment, the best adding amount was 3% ultramicro Enteromorpha prolifera in the feed forLitopenaeus vannamei .
