目的:研究五倍子、石榴皮、虎杖、大黄、黄芩、生地榆、柯子等7种中药材提取物对从养殖病鳗中分离得到的12株常见病原菌的抑菌作用。方法采用索氏提取法和超声提取法,以水和乙醇为提取溶剂分别萃取7种中药的有效组分,采用平板稀释法对12种菌株开展药物敏感实验,测定各种中药提取物对12种致病菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)和最小杀菌浓度(MBC)。结果7种中药提取物对12种菌都有不同程度的抑制作用。对于五倍子、石榴皮、大黄、虎杖4种药,索氏提取效果比超声提取效果好;对于生地榆和柯子,超声提取效果比索氏提取效果好。超声醇提五倍子抑菌效果最好。结论7种中药提取物单用对病原菌均有不同程度的抑制作用,不同乙醇体积分数,提取中药与溶剂的比例对抑菌效果影响显著。

목적:연구오배자、석류피、호장、대황、황금、생지유、가자등7충중약재제취물대종양식병만중분리득도적12주상견병원균적억균작용。방법채용색씨제취법화초성제취법,이수화을순위제취용제분별췌취7충중약적유효조분,채용평판희석법대12충균주개전약물민감실험,측정각충중약제취물대12충치병균적최소억균농도(MIC)화최소살균농도(MBC)。결과7충중약제취물대12충균도유불동정도적억제작용。대우오배자、석류피、대황、호장4충약,색씨제취효과비초성제취효과호;대우생지유화가자,초성제취효과비색씨제취효과호。초성순제오배자억균효과최호。결론7충중약제취물단용대병원균균유불동정도적억제작용,불동을순체적분수,제취중약여용제적비례대억균효과영향현저。
ABSTRACT:Objective Tostudy antibacterial activity of extracts from Chinese herbs includingRhus chinensisMill, Punica granatumLinn, Rheum palmatumLinn, Rhizoma polygoniCuspidati, Scutellaria baicalensisGeorgi, Radix Sanguisorbae,andTerminalia chebulaRetz against 12 pathogenic bacteria isolated from eels.Methods The method of Soxhlet extraction and ultrasonic extraction was used to extract active ingredients from 7 kinds of Chinese medicine with water and alcohol as the extraction solvents respectively. The method of plate dilution was adopted for the drug sensitive test of the 12 bacterial strains to determine minimum bacteriostatic concentration (MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC) of each extract against the 12 kinds of pathogenic bacteria. ResultsExtracts from these Chinese herbs had antibacterial effect in different extents on the 12 bacteria. ForRhuschinensisMill,Punica granatumLinn, Rheum palmatumLinn, andRhizoma polygoniCuspidati, the effect of Soxhlet extraction was better than that of ultrasonic extraction. ForRadix Sanguisorbae and Terminalia chebulaRetz, the effect of ultrasonic extraction was better than that of Soxhlet extraction. Extracts fromRhus chinensis Millby ultrasonic ethanol extraction had the best antibacterial activity.Conclusion Single application of extract from 7 Chinese herds exhibits antibacterial activity in different extents. The volume fraction of ethanol and the ratio of extract to solvent have significant influence on antibacterial effects.
