目的:观察百合更年安颗粒的长期毒性,为其安全应用提供参考。方法将大鼠随机分为4组,空白对照组和百合更年安颗粒高(35.784生药/kg/日)、中(17.892 g生药/kg/日)、低(8.946 g生药/kg/日)剂量组,连续给药26周,停药恢复4周,观察大鼠的一般行为、体重增长、食量消耗、血液学及血液生化学指征、尿常规检查、系统尸解及组织病理学诊断。结果长期毒性实验中,与同期空白对照组比较,百合更年安颗粒高、中、低3个剂量组动物行为活动、进食量等检查均未见异常;血液学指标、血液生化指标和尿液指标未发现与供试品有关的异常改变,病理组织学检查未发现与百合更年安颗粒丸相关的异常改变。结论在本实验条件下未观察到明显毒性反应,应用较安全。

목적:관찰백합경년안과립적장기독성,위기안전응용제공삼고。방법장대서수궤분위4조,공백대조조화백합경년안과립고(35.784생약/kg/일)、중(17.892 g생약/kg/일)、저(8.946 g생약/kg/일)제량조,련속급약26주,정약회복4주,관찰대서적일반행위、체중증장、식량소모、혈액학급혈액생화학지정、뇨상규검사、계통시해급조직병이학진단。결과장기독성실험중,여동기공백대조조비교,백합경년안과립고、중、저3개제량조동물행위활동、진식량등검사균미견이상;혈액학지표、혈액생화지표화뇨액지표미발현여공시품유관적이상개변,병리조직학검사미발현여백합경년안과립환상관적이상개변。결론재본실험조건하미관찰도명현독성반응,응용교안전。
Objective To study the chronic toxicity of BaiHeGengNianAn in rat. Methods:Rats were randomly divided into control group, high group(35.784g/kg), middle group(17.892g/kg) and low group(8.946g/kg).Rats in the day gavage for consecutive 26 weeks, and 4 weeks rest. The general conditions were observed and the related indexes were detected, such as body weight, food consumption, routine control of blood, blood biochemistry,urinalysis;the rats were dissected and precisionly weigh the weight of heart, liver, spleen, lung, renal, brain, adrenal and thymusl, and calculated the ratio of organ to body; the histopathologic examiniation of tissue were examined. Results Compared with control group, No significant differences were observed in rat's behaviors,food intake and relative examination indexes, such as routine control of blood, blood biochemistry, urinalysis and organ coefficient. Conclusion BaiHeGengNianAn is safe and have no side-effects in rats.
