目的:建立连花清瘟颗粒微生物限度检查方法。方法按照《中华人民共和国药典》2010年版一部规定的方法,以5种试验菌的回收率试验验证细菌、霉菌及酵母菌的计数方法,以大肠埃希菌验证大肠埃希菌的检查方法。结果采用平皿法,金黄色葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌的回收率均小于70%,而采用培养基稀释法可以使其回收率大于70%。结论细菌计数采用培养基稀释法,霉菌及酵母菌计数采用平皿法,大肠埃希菌检查用常规法。

목적:건립련화청온과립미생물한도검사방법。방법안조《중화인민공화국약전》2010년판일부규정적방법,이5충시험균적회수솔시험험증세균、매균급효모균적계수방법,이대장애희균험증대장애희균적검사방법。결과채용평명법,금황색포도구균화고초아포간균적회수솔균소우70%,이채용배양기희석법가이사기회수솔대우70%。결론세균계수채용배양기희석법,매균급효모균계수채용평명법,대장애희균검사용상규법。
Objective To establish method for microbial limits of Lianhua Qingwen Keli. Method Examination of recovery rates for 5 microbial strains were used to validate the counting methods of bacteria, mould and yeast. Selected the relevant strain to validate the method of control bacteria. Results The microbial recovery of Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis were both less than 70%by using routine method. Using medium dilution methods made the recovery rates both meet the requirements. Conclusion The results showed that medium dilution method should be used in the test of mould and yeast and Routine method should be used in the test of bacteria and control bacteria.
