用化学改性与热改性结合的方法对神华煤进行改性,分析了改性前后样品的接触角和成浆性的变化。结果表明,改性后样品接触角都有所增大;表面改性能明显提高,最高制浆浓度呈先增加后缓慢下降;表面改性可以改善水煤浆浆体的稳定性,其中液体石蜡与钛酸酯混合物能显著降低水煤浆的稳定性。

Shenhua coal was modified by the chemical and thermal modification. The contact angle and slurry-becoming behavior changes of samples before and after modification were analyzed. The results show that the surface modification can significantly increase the highest density of CWS;the maximum concentration of CWS have been increased and then decreased after modifying its property,the treatment can improve the stability of coal-water slurry,the dewatering rate of CWS can be significantly reduced with modified by the liquid paraffin and titanate.
