研究20%中/长链脂肪乳注射液的制备工艺,对水相pH、油相水相混合温度及混合时间、均质条件、灭菌条件进行筛选。结果表明,最佳工艺为:水相pH为9.5~10.5,在50~70℃下将油相水相高速混合15~20 min;在60 MPa下进行高压均质6次,均质温度维持在45~50℃;于121℃灭菌12 min。该工艺重现性好,可以用于规模化生产。

To study the process of preparing 20% MCT/LCT lipid emulsion injection. The conditions such as pH,the mixing time and temperature of oil and water,the parameters of homogenization and sterilization were investigated. The result showed that the best process was as follows:pH was 9. 5~10. 5,oil and wa-ter were mixed under 50~70 ℃ with high speed shear,the homogenization parameter was under 60 MPa at 45~50℃ for 6 cycles,and the sterilization parameter was at 121℃ with 12 min. The process is repro-ductive and it can be used for industry.
