用氢氧化钾作催化剂,考察了反应温度、催化剂用量、醇油摩尔比、反应时间对棕榈油和甲醇制备生物柴油产率的影响。结果表明,最佳反应条件为:反应温度40℃,催化剂用量0.6%,醇油摩尔比6:1,反应时间2.0 h。此时,生物柴油产率可达97.82%。
用氫氧化鉀作催化劑,攷察瞭反應溫度、催化劑用量、醇油摩爾比、反應時間對棕櫚油和甲醇製備生物柴油產率的影響。結果錶明,最佳反應條件為:反應溫度40℃,催化劑用量0.6%,醇油摩爾比6:1,反應時間2.0 h。此時,生物柴油產率可達97.82%。

Using palm oil and methanol as raw materials,KOH as catalyst,the influence of reaction tem-perature,catalyst dosage,the mole ratio of methanol to oil,reaction time on the biodiesel yield of palm oil and methanol were studied. The result indicated that the optimum conditions were:reaction temperature 40 ℃,the molar ratio of methanol to oil 6 :1,catalyst dosage 0. 6%,reaction time 2 h,and the yield of biodiesel was 97 . 82%.
