以对苯二胺、间苯二胺和3,3',4,4'-联苯四甲酸二酐为单体,在低温条件下,通过缩合聚合得到高分子量的预聚体聚酰亚胺酸粘稠溶液,涂膜、热亚胺化后制得聚酰亚胺薄膜。通过FTIR、TGA及UV-Vis等对其结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,聚酰亚胺薄膜具有优异的透明性、疏水性和力学性能,且对苯二胺型聚酰亚胺薄膜的力学性能高于间苯二胺型聚酰亚胺薄膜的力学性能。

이대분이알、간분이알화3,3',4,4'-련분사갑산이항위단체,재저온조건하,통과축합취합득도고분자량적예취체취선아알산점주용액,도막、열아알화후제득취선아알박막。통과FTIR、TGA급UV-Vis등대기결구화성능진행료표정。결과표명,취선아알박막구유우이적투명성、소수성화역학성능,차대분이알형취선아알박막적역학성능고우간분이알형취선아알박막적역학성능。
Polyamic acids( PAAs)with high molecular weight and viscous precursor solutions were syn-thesized by a condensation polymerization among p-phenylenediamine ( PDA ),m-phenylenediamine (MDA)and 3,3',4,4'-biphenyl tetracarboxylic diandhydride(BPDA)under low temperature. The cor-responding polyimide( PIs)films were prepared via coating and thermal imidization. The structure and properties of the PIs were characterized by FTIR,TGA and UV-Vis etc. The results showed that polyimide films had high transparency,good hydrophobic properties and excellent mechanical properties,and the PDA-based polyimide films possessed more excellent mechanical properties compared with MDA-based polyimide films.
