The special physical and chemical properties of nanomaterials prompted its rapid expansion in the field of biology and medicine research and also widely used in enzyme,polypeptide and nucleic acid adsorption. However,numerous studies have shown that nanomaterials have potential toxicity and a variety of adverse side effects when nanomaterials and proteins combined with each other,such as particle aggre-gation,non-specific adsorption and so on. All of these side effects may cause disorder of biological func-tions. Therefore,choosing the right way to analyze the various properties of the protein corona is particular-ly important.
