在现今复杂的商业环境下，企业存在于庞大的网络中，企业间的关系也由传统的竞争主导逐渐演化为互相依赖、共同进步为主导。本文在已有文献基础上总结出网络实质内容的演化过程，并以此为基础，通过五个案例的交叉分析刻画出商业网络的战略分析框架。研究对进一步深化网络战略理论、完善网络图建模体系、优化企业网络战略表现有一定的理论意义。

In today′s complex business environment , enterprises exist in a large business network .Relationships be-tween enterprises are gradually transforming from traditional competitive dominant into inter -dependence and co -evolu-tion dominant .The purpose of this paper is to develop a network strategy analysis framework , by summarizing the evol-ving process of network substance , and based on this , it establishes business network strategic analytical framework by carrying out a five in-depth cross case studies .This research has theoretical significance for extending current strategic theory , perfecting network graph modeling system , and optimizing the enterprise network strategy .
