目的：探讨催眠与气功的结合与创新。方法：从阐述催眠疗法产生和与气功疗法结合时中国的社会历史文化背景入手，分析了催眠和气功的相关性和各自的利弊。结果：催眠与气功结合具有可行性、必要性和必然性，阐述了低阻抗意念导入疗法（Low Resistance Thought Induction Psychotherapy，TIP）对二者结合的内容、特点、和互补性。结论：低阻抗意念导入疗法将催眠与气功进行了完美的结合与创新。
目的：探討催眠與氣功的結閤與創新。方法：從闡述催眠療法產生和與氣功療法結閤時中國的社會歷史文化揹景入手，分析瞭催眠和氣功的相關性和各自的利弊。結果：催眠與氣功結閤具有可行性、必要性和必然性，闡述瞭低阻抗意唸導入療法（Low Resistance Thought Induction Psychotherapy，TIP）對二者結閤的內容、特點、和互補性。結論：低阻抗意唸導入療法將催眠與氣功進行瞭完美的結閤與創新。
목적：탐토최면여기공적결합여창신。방법：종천술최면요법산생화여기공요법결합시중국적사회역사문화배경입수，분석료최면화기공적상관성화각자적리폐。결과：최면여기공결합구유가행성、필요성화필연성，천술료저조항의념도입요법（Low Resistance Thought Induction Psychotherapy，TIP）대이자결합적내용、특점、화호보성。결론：저조항의념도입요법장최면여기공진행료완미적결합여창신。
Objective:To discuss the combination and innovation of hypnosis and qigong.Methods:Researchers expounded the historical and cultural background of the generation of hypnosis and combination with qigong,analyzed advantages and disadvanta-ges of qigong and hypnosis,as well as correlation.Results:There were feasibility,necessity and inevitability of qigong combined with Hypnosis.The content,characteristics and innovative of the combination in TIP were expounded.Conclusion:Low Resist-ance Thought Induction Psychotherapy (TIP)makes perfect combination and innovation of hypnosis and qigong.
