文章提出用精益的思想对采掘设备燃油消耗进行管理。通过对于精益管理的研究分析，提出解决问题的措施，包括优化生产组织、加强设备点检维护、强化绩效管理、提升过程管控，达到精细管理，从而降低设备燃油消耗，最大限度地降低企业运营成本。

This paper proposes to carry on the management of mining equipment fuel consumption with lean thinking. Through the analysis of the research of the problem, put forward the measures to solve the problem. Including the optimiza-tion of production organization, strengthen the equipment inspection and maintenance, strengthen performance management, improve process control, to achieve the fine management, thereby reducing the equipment, fuel consumption, minimizing the operation cost of enterprises.
