目的：探讨多层螺旋CT（MSCT）对成人肠套叠的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析15例经手术治疗证实的成年人肠套叠患者CT检查资料。所有患者均采用多平面重组（MPR）、曲面重组（CPR）技术进行图像后处理。结果小肠套叠3例，回盲部套叠7例，结肠套叠5例。14例为顺行性肠套叠。13例手术发现原发病灶，良性病变5例（38%），恶性病变8例（62%），原发病术前CT检出率为86%（13/15）。结论多层螺旋CT轴位薄层结合MPR和CPR能明确诊断成人肠套叠，应常规实施。
목적：탐토다층라선CT（MSCT）대성인장투첩적진단개치。방법회고성분석15례경수술치료증실적성년인장투첩환자CT검사자료。소유환자균채용다평면중조（MPR）、곡면중조（CPR）기술진행도상후처리。결과소장투첩3례，회맹부투첩7례，결장투첩5례。14례위순행성장투첩。13례수술발현원발병조，량성병변5례（38%），악성병변8례（62%），원발병술전CT검출솔위86%（13/15）。결론다층라선CT축위박층결합MPR화CPR능명학진단성인장투첩，응상규실시。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of multi slice CT (MSCT) in the diagnosis of adult intussusception. Methods The MSCT imaging findings of 15 patients with pathologically proved adult intussusception were retrospectively analyzed. The raw data were post processed by multi planar reformation (MPR) and curve planar reformation (CPR). Results Among 15 cases, 3 cases were small intestine intussusception, 7 cases were ileocecum intussusception, 5 cases were colon intussusceptions; 14 cases of antegrade intussusception, and 1 case was complicated inverse intestinal intussusception. Primary lesions were found by operation in 13 cases, including 5 cases(38%) of benign lesions, and 8 cases(62%) of malignant lesions. Preoperative CT primary diseases were detected in 13 cases (86%, 13/15). Conclusion MSCT combining the axial thin-slice imagesis and MPR or CPR can confirm the diagnosis of adult intussusception, which has certain clinical guidance for etiological diagnosis of adult intussusception .
