采用嵌入式微处理器STM32控制板和MCGS触摸屏完成了压蜡机控制系统。实现了对压蜡机的开合模控制、压蜡控制、保压控制、补蜡控制和顶模控制。上位机MCGS触摸屏设有定时参数的输入和压蜡机的运行状态动画显示。下位机负责传感器信号的检测、缸体电磁阀信号的输出及各定时控制;信号的输入输出采用了光电隔离电路。上下位机采用基于MODBUS协议进行通信。

Automatic control system of wax injection machine is designed by embedded microcontroller processor of STM32 and MCGS touch-screen, which realized the controlling of open-closed mold device, injectiondevice, pressure maintaining, wax filling and moldtransferring. The master MCGS touch screen is for timing parameters input and the wax injection machine running animation dis-play. The slaver is responsible for the sensor signal detecting, electromagnetic valve signal output and timing control. Input and output signals are using the photoelectric isolating circuit. The master and slaver are communicatedbased on MODBUS protocol.
