在企业家精神的认知与评价上，多数大学生认为沟通能力、决策能力、目光长远、自我批评精神、努力勤奋是企业家精神的重要特征，并且对决策能力、目光长远有较高的评价。大学生行为特征与企业家精神具有高度的关联性，对企业家精神自我评价越高者，对企业家这一职业角色的认同度越高。调查还发现，影响大学生企业家精神因素主要有外部环境因素和主观因素，其中外部环境因素中的社会环境因素以及家庭环境因素对大学生企业家精神的影响较为显著。

On recognition and evaluation of entrepreneurship,most students think that the ability of communicate,ability of policy decision,long term of eye,self- criticism spirit,efforts and diligence are important feature of entrepreneurship.which have a high evaluation for ability of policy decision and long term of eye.It is high that relationship Behavior characteristics of academician and entrepreneurship. The higher evaluation for self-criticism spirit of entrepreneurship,the higher identification for the occupation role of entrepreneurs.The research also found that what the factor influence academician of entrepreneurship that include environmental factors and subjective factors.It is very significant that level of social environment factor and family factor of environmental factors have significant effect on academician of entrepreneurship.
