目的:研究脑梗死患者血清葡萄糖及果糖胺检测的临床意义。方法选取接受试验人员150例。将试验人员根据疾病不同类型均分为脑梗死组、健康组及高血压组(n=50)。对3组进行血糖及果糖胺检测,比较3组患者果糖胺、血糖检测结果以及各组阳性率人数。结果脑梗死患者果糖胺为(288.1±42.3)μmol/L、血糖值为(9.49±1.4)mmol/L均显著高于健康组的(180.2±35.1)μmol/L、(4.79±0.46)mmol/L与高血压组的(183.2±30.3)μmol/L、(5.02±0.35)mmol/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康组与高血压组差异无统计学意义;脑梗死组果糖胺异常人数为18例、血糖指标异常人数为22例,显著多于健康组的1例、0例及高血压组的3例、2例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康组与高血压组差异无统计学意义。结论果糖胺与血糖联合检测是判断脑梗死血糖增高原因的可信指标,可作为脑应激反应水平、评估损害轻重、判断病情、指导治疗及估计预后的有效依据。

목적:연구뇌경사환자혈청포도당급과당알검측적림상의의。방법선취접수시험인원150례。장시험인원근거질병불동류형균분위뇌경사조、건강조급고혈압조(n=50)。대3조진행혈당급과당알검측,비교3조환자과당알、혈당검측결과이급각조양성솔인수。결과뇌경사환자과당알위(288.1±42.3)μmol/L、혈당치위(9.49±1.4)mmol/L균현저고우건강조적(180.2±35.1)μmol/L、(4.79±0.46)mmol/L여고혈압조적(183.2±30.3)μmol/L、(5.02±0.35)mmol/L,차이구유통계학의의(P<0.05)。건강조여고혈압조차이무통계학의의;뇌경사조과당알이상인수위18례、혈당지표이상인수위22례,현저다우건강조적1례、0례급고혈압조적3례、2례,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。건강조여고혈압조차이무통계학의의。결론과당알여혈당연합검측시판단뇌경사혈당증고원인적가신지표,가작위뇌응격반응수평、평고손해경중、판단병정、지도치료급고계예후적유효의거。
Objective To discuss the clinical significance of serum glucose(SG) and fructose amine.Methods 150 cases received by our hospital were were divided into cerebral infarction group, normal group and control group according to the different types of diseases.Blood glucose and fructosamine in three groups were tested.compared the results of blood glucose,fructosamine and testing positive rate of the patients in three groups.Results Cerebral infarction fructosamine was (288.1±42.3) μmol/L, blood glucose value was (9.49+1.4)mmol/L were signiifcantly higher than that of healthy group of (180.2±35.1) μmol/L, (4.79±0.46) mmol/L and (183.2±30.3)μmol/L in hypertension group, (5.02±0.35) mmol/L ,with signiifcant difference (P<0.05). No statistically signiifcant difference between healthy group and hypertension group; cerebral infarction group fructosamine abnormal number of 18 cases, the number of abnormal blood glucose index is 22 cases, signiifcantly more than the healthy group 1 cases, 0 cases and 3 cases of hypertension group, 2 cases (P<0.05). No statistically signiifcant difference between healthy group and hypertension group.Conclusion The combined detection of fructosamine and blood glucose is the credibility index to judge infarction hyperglycemia.Could be the basis for the brain stress level, damage assessment,condition judgment, treatment and prognosis.
